📦 Shipping Policy – Domestic & International
We’re a small, family-owned business creating handmade, precious metal jewelry. Every piece is crafted with love and care, so we want to make sure it arrives safely in your hands.
Domestic (U.S.) Orders
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time: USPS typically delivers within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Delays: If your package seems late, check your tracking link first. USPS tracking can sometimes pause for a few days before updating.
International Orders
Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Time: International shipping can take 2–6 weeks depending on your country’s postal system.
Customs & Tariffs:
Your country may charge import taxes, tariffs, or customs fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Customs inspections may delay delivery — unfortunately, we can’t speed this up.
If Your Package is Delayed
Check Your Tracking Number: Tracking links are emailed when your order ships.
Contact Your Local Post Office: They often have more details than the online tracking page.
International Customers: If tracking shows your package is in your country, contact your local customs office — they may be holding it until fees are paid.
Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if it has not been delivered 8 weeks after shipping.
If this happens, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship exactly what you enter.
If the address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once it arrives back.
We cannot send a replacement before the original package is returned.
Why These Policies Exist
We work with precious metals and handmade pieces that take time and resources to create. As a small business, we can’t absorb replacement costs when mistakes are outside our control — but we will always work with you to find the best solution. 💛
🔒 No Returns or Exchanges Policy
Your safety is our top priority.
Because our jewelry is designed for oral wear and comes into close contact with the mouth, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items.
This policy is in place to:
Protect your health and safety — once an item leaves our studio, it cannot be resold or reused for hygiene reasons.
Ensure product integrity — we guarantee every piece you receive is brand new, unused, and has never been worn.
We carefully inspect and package each piece before it ships, so you can feel confident knowing your jewelry is in perfect, pristine condition when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
